PRODUCTION
Since 1978 we have been processing sweet white lupin, and since 1992 we have been selling lupin ingredients (flours and grits) to the food industry in Europe.
Our production process involves only the use of physical treatments. First of all, the seeds are cleaned and graded (broken seeds and stones are removed). Then they are heat-treated and de-hulled: the cotyledon is separated from its outer coating. The cotyledons (kernels) are ground into flours, or crushed into grits.
