Description : Our range of FARILUP lupin flours (wholegrain flour or not, toasted or not, in various particle sizes).
Applications : lupin flours can be used in a multitude of products, including Bakery, Biscuit and Meat Industries. They can replace eggs, emulsifiers & fat, enhance colour, texture & flavour, increase moisture enrichment during processing etc. Lupin flour is an ingredient, not an additive: it meets clean-label requirements with no E-number.
